Patch is a little darker than the picture online but overall exactly what I was looking for. They first sent me the wrong patch. I reached out to their support line and within half an hour not only received an answer but a new order on the spot. 10/10 customer service.

Great quality and communication, fast shipping, got the color “Chestnut Saddle Brown”. Pictures are in sunlight, shade and on a coyote colored range bag so you can compare. The Velcro hook holds really well on the Velcro loop of the range bag. Will buy more!
Today is two weeks from the order and 19 days since first contact. The patches came in as expected and look great and as expected from the mock up. I appreciated their timely responses and putting together a patch that is exactly what was put out in your mock up. Dimensions are exact and the laser engraving I can see no blemishes in the handful of patches I inspected at random. I definitely would recommend this company and working with Justen was seamless. Once again I am amazed that I got custom patches made and delivered to Europe in two weeks
