This was the best experience, I had an idea of what I wanted and this patch is exactly what I wanted. The design came out perfectly. The customer service was fantastic, I had my design sent to me for approval that same day (I think even just a few hours!) and once I approved it was made and shipped quickly. The patch is perfect for what I wanted and I have been showing it off to everyone.

I ordered the greyhound tactical patch in green, tan and grey. The colors are so dark you can't see any details of the patch with black outline. Very disappointed. Was hoping for a fun patch but not worth even showing off.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the green tactical colorway wasn’t what you expected. This version is designed to be a low-contrast tactical look, which uses a dark green base with black engraving, but I absolutely understand that some customers prefer a lighter or more visible contrast.
We do use very accurate product mockups to help customers see exactly how each color combination will look, but we're always happy to help if a colorway doesn't meet expectations.

I wanted the color of the name tag to match another patch. Patchbuilt reached out and helped me get the patches in the colors I wanted, even though it wasn't an option on website.
