Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
Always! We believe in remaining reasonable with those who want to go big with us.
Reach out to us via our contact form and we will happily work out bulk pricing discounts and set you up as a registered business with us.
Do note some products may not be offered at any further of a discount as we already offer some products at our lowest more affordable rate.
Q: Can I order custom designs?
Absolutely. Use our custom order form or reach out for large runs via our Contact Form
Q: Where are your patches made?
All patches, designed or blank, are engraved and cut here in the U.S, Particularly Las Vegas, Nevada.
Q: Are patches iron-on or Velcro?
You choose. We offer both Velcro-back and heat-activated adhesive options.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
You can place a custom order directly through our custom patch order form. Just upload your design, select your size, backing, and quantity, and weāll handle the rest.

Q: Can I request a specific size or shape?
Yes. We cut everything in-house, so if you need a non-standard size or unique shape, we can usually make it happen.
Just note it during checkout or email us before ordering for peace of mind.
Q: Do you offer a proof before engraving?
Yes, we send digital proofs for custom orders before proceeding with your order to ensure 100% customer expectation, and no on delivery surprises.
We don't like unexpected surprises with our orders, nor should you.
Q: Can I order a single patch?
A: Absolutely. We offer single patch orders with custom engraving. Great for samples or one-offs or limited addition designs.
Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork?
SVG or high-resolution PNG is best. Vector files are ideal.
If youāre not sure, reach out to us directly prior to ordering sending what you have ā and we will assist you through the process with a sample mockup vector prior to spending money.
Patch Backing Options
Q: Whatās the difference between hook & loop (Velcro) and adhesive backing?
Hook & loop is your classic Velcro-style backing for easy on/off. Adhesive backing is heat-activated ā just peel, iron it on, and its stuck on.
Q: Can I apply adhesive-backed patches to fabric?
Yes. It works best on cotton, canvas, or denim. Avoid stretchy or waterproof fabrics.
Q: How strong is the adhesive?
It bonds tight when applied correctly. Iron-on adhesive is meant to last through regular wear, but we donāt recommend it for items that get frequent washing.
Q: Do you sell patches without backing?
At this time we do not. However, things change over time and can become a new addition to our shop.
Shipping & Processing
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
Standard Designed Patches: Typically 1-2 Business Days
Custom Design Orders: Typically 3-5 Business Days
Blank Patch Bulk orders, or custom projects may take longer due to order size and complexity.
Processing times are not guaranteed and may fluctuate as order volume fluctuates.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 2ā5 business days within the U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet. We're currently U.S. only, but weāre working on expanding, however our focus is to service our homeland customers.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
USPS and UPS, depending on speed, size, and destination.
Q: How do I track my order?
Youāll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you didnāt get one, check spam or contact us ASAP.
Returns & Issues
Q: What if my item arrives damaged from transit?
Email us with photos within 7 days and weāll send a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I return a custom item?
Custom items are final sale, but if thereās a mistake on our end, weāll fix it ā guaranteed, no questions asked.
Q: How do I request a refund or exchange?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through it.
Q: Do you cover return shipping?
If the issue was our fault, absolutely. Otherwise, return shipping is the customerās responsibility.
Bulk & Wholesale
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer tiered discounts. Contact us or view our wholesale page for more info.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity for bulk discounts?
Our bulk pricing kicks in around 25 units. Bigger orders = better rates.
Q: Can I get a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage testing the quality of our patches before large orders. Simply order a single custom patch and contact us in advance for material stock prep to service you as quickly as possible.
Q: Do bulk orders include Hook & Loop (Velcro Style) Backing?
Yes, we offer bulk custom and wholesale patches with both Velcro style hook backing and adhesive backing.
