Our Patches

Our patches are made from high-quality laser-engraved leatherette (synthetic leather) and acrylic. Leatherette has a textured, genuine-leather appearance while remaining durable and weather-resistant — ideal for hats, bags, gear, and EDC. Acrylic delivers a bolder, rigid look with razor-sharp engraved detail. Everything is cut and engraved in-house in Las Vegas.
Yes. Most patches ship with a Velcro® Style Hook backing that bonds to any loop panel — helmets, hats, plate carriers, range bags, backpacks, and tactical gear. If a listing specifies otherwise (e.g., blank/maker patches), check that listing before ordering.
All engraving, cutting, and finishing is done in-house in Las Vegas, NV. No outsourcing, no middlemen, no mystery sourcing. We run our own CO2 and fiber laser equipment so quality never gets diluted.
Every patch goes through a two-stage in-house process:
  • CO2 Laser (80W): Cuts and engraves raw sheet material with high precision — our primary production workhorse.
  • MOPA Fiber Laser (100W JPT): Used for deeper, more persistent surface marking on select designs and bulk runs.
Both machines are operated by our team, giving us full control over tolerances, finish, and turnaround.
Blank/maker patches are pre-cut leatherette or acrylic panels sold without engraving. Designed for laser operators, crafters, and small makers who want a consistent, ready-to-engrave substrate. Skip the cutting step and go straight to your design. Available in packs, priced for production use.
Our leatherette is available in four colorways: Dark Saddle Brown, Classic Light Brown, Classic Chestnut Brown, and Classic Gray. Available colors per design are shown on each product listing. Custom orders may have additional options — contact us for details.

Sizing & Fit

Sizes vary by design and are listed on each product page. Common sizes range from 2"×3" up to 4"×5" and larger. Custom order sizes are measured by the longest side. Always check listing dimensions before ordering.
Most standard patches are sized to fit the loop panel on Richardson 112, Flexfit, and similar structured caps. Our 2"×3.5" and 2"×4" sizes are typically the most hat-compatible. Measure your hat's loop panel if you're unsure.
Yes. Velcro® Style Hook backing adheres firmly to any standard loop fabric — soft loop panels on chest rigs, plate carriers, range bags, backpacks, and tactical gear. Strong hold, fully repositionable, designed for real-use environments.
🛡️

Care & Durability

Leatherette patches are water-resistant — they handle rain, sweat, and outdoor exposure well. Not designed for submersion. Acrylic patches are similarly moisture-resistant. Air dry if they get wet.
Laser engraving is a permanent physical process — the design is burned into the material, not applied on top. It will not peel, chip, or wash away. Extended UV exposure over years may slightly reduce contrast, but these patches are built to hold their shape through real use.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasives. Do not machine wash. If attached to a removable item like a hat, detach the patch before washing when possible.
