My mission starting PatchBuilt has been simple: support U.S. customers, keep production honest, and deliver premium products to customers who value craftsmanship and integrity just as much as I do.

With a background in logistics and leadership operations for over 11+ years, providing top-tier customer service, I started PatchBuilt in a garage with one goal — pair that same leadership and quality service with high-quality, American-made patches that don’t cut corners. Everything is done in-house because that’s the only way to guarantee the quality I stand behind.

Beyond the shop, with me is Kass who has been by my side through every step of this journey of PATCHBUILT. From long nights of production runs to celebrating milestones together, she’s been a constant source of support and encouragement. Together we’ve built not just a business, but a life centered around hard work, creativity, and making something we’re proud of.

Little bit to share about myself, I’m also a family-first guy who values time outdoors, with our dogs (the PatchBuilt crew), and keeping strong roots in my community. The same dedication I bring to PatchBuilt comes from those closest to me — Kass, family, and friends who remind me why building something real and lasting matters.

I’ve worked with law enforcement, small businesses, first responders, and independent brands across the country. No fluff, no resellers — just reliable, hands-on work that holds up.

Nova

Shop Lead

Nova is the unofficial boss of the shop — a Belgian Malinois with a strict no-slacking policy and a nose for chaos. When she's not modeling our dog collar patches like a pro, she's patrolling the floor, barking at suspicious air molecules, or demanding to know if it’s lunch time yet (again).

She keeps morale high, breaks monitored, and packaging areas crumb-free. With ears always on alert and paws occasionally on your keyboard, Nova ensures PatchBuilt runs like a well-oiled (and well-sniffed) machine.

Daisy

Shop Admin

Daisy is the behind-the-scenes muscle of PatchBuilt — a tactical genius when it comes to keeping the humans in line and the snack schedule on point. While Nova is out patrolling for suspicious air molecules, Daisy is in the “office,” running admin ops like a seasoned pro: approving treat budgets, scheduling belly rubs, and overseeing quality control (a.k.a. inspecting every box like it might contain cheese).

Her skills include lightning-fast response times when food hits the floor and a sixth sense for when it’s time to take a break — because apparently humans forget to stretch. Daisy ensures the shop is running smooth, paperwork is stress-free, and morale is always wagging.
