Founder · Operator

PatchBuilt started with a simple purpose: to build quality patches for people who run gear that represents who they are.
With a background in logistics operations, I built the company around honest production, tight systems, and consistent standards.
What began in a garage as a hobby, now turned fully in-house operation.
Outside the shop, I’m family-first, spend as much time outdoors as possible, and stay grounded by the people closest to me, including our dogs. That perspective carries into our work: build things that last, treating people right, and not cutting corners.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Oversees shipping and fulfillment operations, handling final quality checks and order accuracy before anything leaves the shop.
Known for her attention to detail and steady follow-through, Kass helps keep daily operations running smoothly and orders shipping out consistently.

Shop Lead

The unofficial boss of the shop — morale manager, floor patrol, and “break supervisor.” If it moves, she’s inspecting it. If it’s a box, it’s being audited for treats.

Behind-the-scenes ops specialist — snack schedule enforcement, QC inspections, and immediate response whenever food hits the floor (a very critical role).
