The custom process was simple, quick, and intuitive. The team was quick to get me a render to preview and approve before creating the patch. Patch was cut to shape and included amazing fine details I had feared would be lost with the leather. The materials used appear high quality and durable, from the leather to the velcro back. The velcro itself is the nice 'low profile' velcro that you find on high end stuff and won't snag your clothes as easy. Overall I'm blown away by this product and the work put into it for the price. Will certainly be coming back for any other needs.
