Packed poorly material was wrinkled in box

Packed poorly material was wrinkled in box and messed up the adhesive on the back when I applied it it still left the wrinkles

We’ve since taken this feedback to the shop and have adjusted our packaging process by expanding box sizes to prevent over-compression and reduce the chance of wrinkling during transit.
