This started in a garage, with a laser, and a simple frustration.
Patches were everywhere, but most of them were cheap. Designed for a shelf, not a setup. Printed on garbage material that faded, peeled, or fell apart after a season. If you cared about your gear — your hat, your pack, your vest, your vehicle — you deserved better than that.
So we started making them ourselves. Custom leatherette and acrylic patches, cut and laser-engraved in-house, from raw material to finished product. No filler, no cut corners, no batches we didn't stand behind. What started as a hobby became a production operation, and the standard we held ourselves to from the beginning never changed: if we wouldn't run it on our own gear, it doesn't go out with our name on it.
That's still the only rule that matters.

Our patches are cut and laser-engraved in-house from premium leatherette and acrylic, finished and quality-checked by the same small team. From a single personalized patch to bulk runs of custom patches, we hold every order to the same standard for materials, tolerances, and finish.
Our patches hold up for the people who actually use them: law enforcement, fire & rescue, EMS, military, and everyday carry. We also produce custom leatherette patches for hat makers and brands building their own product lines — from first sample to repeat production runs.

We run a controlled production floor in Las Vegas — not a fulfillment center, not a contractor setup. Our CO2 and fiber laser equipment cuts and engraves our leatherette and acrylic patches in-house. That means the tolerances, the finish quality, the consistency — all of it is our responsibility, and we prefer it that way.
We obsess over the details most people never notice — because that's what separates a patch that lasts from one that doesn't. Whatever ships with our name on it has to clear that bar.
