Artwork quality reference guide

For the sharpest results, upload high-resolution artwork or photos. JPG/PNG images should be clear and not blurry. Vector files such as SVG are also accepted. Low-resolution or pixelated files may affect final product quality. Not sure? Reach out before ordering — we're happy to help!

Need your logo or artwork cleaned up for engraving?

This service is for customers who have a logo, screenshot, JPG, PNG, or low-resolution artwork that needs to be cleaned up before we engrave it onto a custom tumbler.

What you get:
• 1 cleaned-up design file
• A black and white PNG version of your artwork
• A black and white SVG version of your artwork
• Artwork adjusted into a clean vector-style format
• Background removal when possible
• Line cleanup, contrast adjustment, and simplification for engraving
• File formatting that best suits PatchBuilt’s engraving process

Delivery:
Please allow 1–3 business days for this process to be completed. Once finished, your completed files will be emailed to the email address provided on your order.

This is best for:
• Blurry logos
• Screenshots
• JPG or PNG files
• Artwork with unwanted backgrounds
• Logos that need to be converted into a clean black/white engraving format

Please note:
This service is intended to prepare your existing artwork for engraving. It does not include full logo creation from scratch, multiple design concepts, color artwork, or complex illustration work.

Final files will be provided in black and white because that format works best for our engraving process.
