High quality and adorable addition to my gear

High quality and adorable addition to my gear. My one issue is the AI images on the website of the products on gear. The patches looked gigantic and inconsistent based on known police gear. Please use real photos to show the size of the patches because they were significantly smaller than I expected. I actually like the small size, but some people might be caught off guard, especially when each patch is almost $13.

I had a major issue with the USPS that was 100% NOT PatchBuilts fault

I had a major issue with the USPS that was 100% NOT PatchBuilts fault. They stayed on top of it and even offered to ship me a replacement. After multiple reroutes and delays, the package arrived today. Very satisfied. Great product.
