Serious enough to mark your gear. Funny enough to make it yours. The Ouch Pouch leather patch is laser-engraved on bright red leatherette with bold black text and a clean medical cross.
Whether it’s slapped on your IFAK, first aid pouch, go bag, or med backpack, this patch makes it clear what’s inside — with a little attitude.
- Red Leatherette Material – Durable, water-resistant, easy to spot
- Velcro® Style Hook or Heat Activated Backing – Built to fit duty bags, vests, packs, or caps
- Laser-Engraved “OUCH POUCH” + Cross Design – High-contrast & clean
- Perfect for Med Kits, Field Bags, EDC Setups, Range Gear & EMS Kits
- Made in the USA
Size: Approx. 1.9" x 1.9"
Patch the brand. Heal with humor.

Matthew Hollis All items I purchased are quality items and I’ve actually given some to co-workers

Michael Stubelek Very nice
High quality and adorable addition to my gear. My one issue is the AI images on the website of the products on gear. The patches looked gigantic and inconsistent based on known police gear. Please use real photos to show the size of the patches because they were significantly smaller than I expected. I actually like the small size, but some people might be caught off guard, especially when each patch is almost $13.
Love my Aussie and Shih Tzu patches!
Good quality. Looks just like my Princess.
Great product. Looks very nice. Has a nice feel to it. It also appears to be of good quality and should last. Very happy with it so far
I love the patch of my Bull Terrier however, what's the sense of purchasing one of your patches if you don't include the backing to attach it to?
Easy ordering, fast delivery. LOVE this patch. My brother has a Boston (Mr Beefy) and he was in the military, so this is perfect. I can't wait for Christmas to see his reaction. I know he will love it too.
Can’t say enough about these patches. Quality print work. The patch is unique in its material and print technique. Looks rich.
Great product
Great patch. The outline is clean and bold, great look on your jacket, hat or where ever you want to display. Unique patch, highly recommend.
Material is cheap, don’t buy
Love these Patches some of my favorites and Ive had a huge collection at one time. I will be getting more!! Thanks
Patch turned out great. Very good detail. Excellent communication on their end. Will be ordering more.
Worked great on my ammo case.
Great products, picked up a few. Very fast shipping. Highly recommend.
Not sure really what to write about one half piece of velcro, it arrived as described and works as intended!
Good quality and nice format
My favorite patch put of them all!
