Freedom isn’t loud — it rides steady. The American Cowboy Horse Flag Patch by PatchBuilt captures the raw independence of the American West, featuring a lone cowboy on horseback layered over a vertical U.S. flag.
This design speaks to grit, self-reliance, and the quiet confidence of those who still carve their own path. Whether it’s ranch life, rodeo roots, or Western heritage, this patch represents a lifestyle built on hard work and personal responsibility.
Laser-engraved into PatchBuilt’s durable leatherette, every line delivers sharp contrast and lasting performance made for real gear, not display cases.
- PatchBuilt Leatherette – Water-resistant and built for daily use
- Velcro® Style Hook or Heat Activated Backing available
- Cowboy on Horseback over Vertical American Flag Design

Dawn Smith Love my cowboy horse patch! Great artwork and the Velcro completely covers the back so it adheres nicely to my range bag. Thank you for a quality product.

A.C. Its well made, and the design came out really
Nice. I thought it was real leather so I was disappointed when I got it, but thats my fault for not reading the description better🙄

Justin Wilson It's awesome! Great quality!
High quality and adorable addition to my gear. My one issue is the AI images on the website of the products on gear. The patches looked gigantic and inconsistent based on known police gear. Please use real photos to show the size of the patches because they were significantly smaller than I expected. I actually like the small size, but some people might be caught off guard, especially when each patch is almost $13.
Love my Aussie and Shih Tzu patches!
Good quality. Looks just like my Princess.
Great product. Looks very nice. Has a nice feel to it. It also appears to be of good quality and should last. Very happy with it so far
I love the patch of my Bull Terrier however, what's the sense of purchasing one of your patches if you don't include the backing to attach it to?
Easy ordering, fast delivery. LOVE this patch. My brother has a Boston (Mr Beefy) and he was in the military, so this is perfect. I can't wait for Christmas to see his reaction. I know he will love it too.
Can’t say enough about these patches. Quality print work. The patch is unique in its material and print technique. Looks rich.
Great product
Great patch. The outline is clean and bold, great look on your jacket, hat or where ever you want to display. Unique patch, highly recommend.
Material is cheap, don’t buy

Patch turned out great. Very good detail. Excellent communication on their end. Will be ordering more.
Worked great on my ammo case.
Great products, picked up a few. Very fast shipping. Highly recommend.
Not sure really what to write about one half piece of velcro, it arrived as described and works as intended!
Good quality and nice format
